Order processing
Orders are prepared for dispatch after payment is confirmed at checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately.
Shipping & tracking
Delivery options, costs and estimated arrival dates are shown at checkout for your address before you pay. Once your parcel leaves us, a tracking link is emailed to you.
Returns
If your Portable Pressure Washer isn't right, contact us and we'll walk you through returning it. Items should be unused where possible and returned in their original packaging with all accessories.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, email us with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method to that account. Your bank may take a few working days to show the credit.
